Setting up your Voice Mail for the first time.
While using your cellular phone in your Home market area, press *VM (*86) then SEND. While using any Touch-Tone phone, dial your cellular number.
- Press [ # ] during the system greeting
- Enter your temporary password (your 10-digit cellular phone number).
- Follow the voice prompts to personalize your mailbox.
- Record your greeting.
- Press [ 0 ] if you need assistance.
Changing Your Password
- Press [ 4 ] for personal options.
- Press [ 2 ] for administrative options.
- Press [ 1 ] to change password.

- Press [ 4 ] for personal options.
- Press [ 3 ] for greetings.
- Choose: [ 1 ] personal, [ 2 ] extended absence, [ 3 ] name
Hands-Free Message Review
Autoplay is a safety and convenience feature that allows you to review messages without having to press any keys. You will automatically hear unheard messages first, then all other messages in your mailbox. While key press is not necessary with this feature, normal keystroke commands will work at any time. Autoplay is the default setting for your new voice mailbox.
To switch Autoplay on or off:
- Press [ 4 ] from the main menu.
- Press [ 2 ] for administrative options.
- Press [ 6 ] for Autoplay.
- Press [ 1 ] to turn Autoplay on.
- Press [ 2 ] to turn Autoplay off.
