Shortcuts
- To Listen to new messages, press [ 1 ]
- After listening to a message from another Voice Mail user, press [ 8 ] to reply
- To send a message, press [ 2 ]
- To change your Password, press [ 4 ] [ 2 ] [ 1 ]
- To change or add a Greeting, press [ 4 ] [ 3 ]
- To create a Distribution List, press [ 4 ] [ 2 ] [ 2 ]
Quick-Reference
The Voice Mail system will automatically prompt you for selections. Remember the following important keys:
- The Star Key [ * ]
- Use to cancel a function and return to the previous menu
- Use to exit the system
- Use to erase and record a message
- The Pound Key [ # ]
- Use to interrupt the greeting and enter your password while logging in
- Use to skip a message you are reviewing or to accept a command
- The Zero Key [ 0 ]
- Use to access HELP, which explains the options available from the menus
