Call the mobile number of the Verizon Wireless customer you are trying to reach.
If the customer is unavailable or on the other line, you will get his/her voice mail.
Press "5" when prompted to leave a callback number.
Enter your 10-digit callback number.
You may hang up at this point or stay on the line for further options.
In addition to leaving a numeric text message, you may also choose to leave a voice message.

When prompted, enter the 10-digit mobile number of the Verizon Wireless customer your are trying to reach.
When prompted, enter your 10-digit callback number.
